Upgrade of Base infrastructure at the Exercise Support and Storage Base (ESSB) Western Street Rockhampton QLD. Works include undertaking the investigations, testing and upgrades to existing storm water, oil water separators and sewage systems, water infrastructure upgrades including new external connections, pipework, ring mains and fittings and fire services, and in-ground HV upgrades.
