Since 2019 Vaughan Infrastructure has been delivering airside civil and electrical works within live, operational airport environments—planning around curfews, security‑controlled zones and complex operational interfaces. Our teams work closely with airport stakeholders to ensure infrastructure upgrades proceed smoothly, with all airside personnel holding ASIC clearances and completing airport‑specific inductions.
Vaughan's design & construct expertise and strong self‑perform delivery, allows us to deliver complex civil and multidisciplinary utilities across HV electrical and substations, power and communications, water, wastewater, stormwater, fire networks and fuel systems. Our methods emphasise precise staging, FOD controls, HV isolation and permit‑to‑work systems—keeping critical operations safe while upgrades progress.
Recent airport experience includes Sydney Airport programs such as the T2/T3 HV ring upgrades (landside), South East Sector Apron development (airside), Qantas Valet precinct upgrades (landside), fuel tank replacement and LER/UST works (airside), plus HV cabling works at Kyeemagh. Led by specialists in live‑site delivery, we bring disciplined planning, stakeholder integration and low‑disruption execution to every aviation project.
Defence
Vaughan Infrastructure delivers complex Defence infrastructure across NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD, operating confidently on active bases and high‑security precincts. We hold DISP membership, FSC‑accreditation, and have been cyber‑security assessed to Defence standards—assurances that underpin our ability to provide secure, compliant delivery within Defence estates.

Vaughan's experience includes delivery across a range of Defence locations including Gallipoli Barracks (Enoggera), Kokoda Barracks (Canungra), RAAF Base Richmond, ESSB Rockhampton, Albury Wodonga Military Area (Bandiana) and Multi‑User Depot Blacktown. Water & Wastewater Infrastructure
Vaughan Infrastructure is a reputable and accredited complex infrastructure provider working across NSW, ACT and QLD. We invest time to fully understand our clients’ requirements and have a proven track record of delivering water & sewer pumping stations, large diameter (DN750mm+) water & sewer pipelines along with various other complex infrastructure shutdowns.

Vaughan Infrastructure’s sister company Utec Solutions is able to offer our clients underground utility locating and vacuum excavation services. This on site synergy allows Vaughan Infrastructure to save both time and cost, while reducing the need for our clients to engage additional contractors to complete the works.

Vaughan Infrastructure is TfNSW/TMR accredited to B1, R3 and F75 and is an FSC Accredited national civil and utilities infrastructure business.
Our teams have been instrumental in successfully delivering complex packages on some of the largest infrastructure projects in NSW. Works include, but are not limited to, ridge and flexible pavement, bulk earthworks, traffic switches, structures, and steel fabrication.
Vaughan Infrastructure has been a key delivery partner on project such as Parramatta Light Rail, Rozelle Interchange, Sydney Light Rail, WestConnex M5, Albion Park Bypass and M4 Smart Motorway.
Power & Energy
Vaughan Infrastructure have been delivering electrical distribution, transmission and substation projects since our establishment in 2011. We provide our clients with innovative and cost-effective solutions from the preliminary design stage right through to project completion.
Our management and project teams have substantial experience in the successful delivery of complex projects including, design and construct distribution projects, substation projects and transmission projects.
Over the last 13 years we have built long-lasting relationships with some of Australia’s key electrical providers.

We specialise in both D&C and construction only projects consisting of Gas, Facilities, Pipelines, Water, Sewer, Electrical, Civil, Road, Rail, Infrastructure and Remediation across QLD, ACT and NSW.

Vaughan Infrastructure worked on the delivery of the first Primary High-Pressure steel gas main in Western Sydney in 2011, and over the past 11 years we have continued to deliver transmission & distribution mains, facility & pressure regulating station upgrades through to domestic low pressure gas projects all across eastern Australia.
We have also installed enveloper pipes for Jemena, HP and LP mains on major infrastructure projects including: Sydney Light Rail, Parramatta Light Rail and Rozelle Interchange.
Vaughan Infrastructure are completing the Sydney Gateway Project DN550 Primary Gas Main Relocation for Jemena in NSW. This is the largest primary gas main relocation works for Jemena in the past 11 years.
