Vaughan Infrastructure was awarded multiple contracts for the Parramatta Light Rail project. We developed innovative design solutions and championed program and cost-efficient solutions with asset owners. We provided close management of non-contestable works including design issue resolution and resource program management.

Vaughan Infrastructure also completed the installation of piles and pile caps for the smart pole installation across the project, in additional to the TCS works at key intersections. Our strategy was to focus on the successful management and integration of project participants and interfaces. We allocated experienced project managers who were specialist in such civil works and excellent team leaders, collaborators, and communicators. They ensured planning was continuously occurring and that communications was regular across the project team. They adopted a transparent and front-end issue identification approach.

Vaughan Infrastructure has an incorporated integrated management system across the organisation which integrates quality, work health & safety and environmental practices. It enables us to meet and exceed our client’s expectations.
