A new major water pump station which supplies to Redbank Plains, the Ripley Valley, the Swanbank industrial area and beverage giant Frucor Suntory’s new manufacturing facility in Redbank Plains, QLD, which was completed in 2024. 

Scope of works: 

• Construction of Booster Pump Station including all architectural finishes, structural and civil works 

• Supply, fabrication, and installation of pipe supports and structural steel 

• Supply and installation of the flow meter pit and associated pit pipework 

• Supply, fabrication, and installation of the flow meter pit access ladders 

• Cut and fill operations including bulk earthworks, importing suitable fill material, material removal as required and soil compaction 

• Survey detail following bulk excavations, cut / fill and compaction operations 

• Excavation in preparation of concrete slabs, pad footings, trenching / excavation in preparation for pipe laying and thrust block installation

• Supply, fabrication, and installation Mt Juillerat Drive Non-Return Valve Chamber Pit access ladders 

• Supply, fabrication, and installation of Mt Juillerat Drive Non-Return Valve Chamber Pit pipe supports nominated by Downer on the provided drawings 

• Supply and installation of Boundary Valve on Mt Juillerat Drive along watermain RS534329\ 

• Landscaping finishes 

• Control and telemetry systems installed and configuration 

• Emergency duty programmable logic controller (PLC) independent of the RTU as back up to the RTU 

• Coordinate the inspection, testing and commissioning of the pump station
