Scope of works 

• Excavation and Demolition: Carefully remove the old 132kV to 33kV transformer bay. 

• Construction: Building a cast in-situ reinforced concrete protection structure over a 1200mm stormwater line. 

• Foundation Work: Laying down new transformer bay footings, piers, slabs, plinths, and walls with integrated conduits. 

• Fabrication: Crafting and setting up precast concrete bay walls and steel structures for cable supports, NER cage, and additional equipment. 

• Trenching and Installation: Embedding new conduits for 33kV, 11kV, LV, & Earthing cables between the transformer bay and the main switch room. 

• Cabling: Provide and install 33kV, 11kV, LV, and earth cables from the main switchroom basement to the new transformer bay.
