The Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture has been appointed as the Managing Contractor for the Department of Defence’s Riverina Redevelopment Program, with Vaughan Infrastructure engaged to deliver the Wastewater Infrastructure Works Package. 

The scope involves: 

• Safe decommissioning of the existing sewer network, including the disconnection, capping, grouting and abandonment of redundant pipework and manholes 

• Deep excavations and construction of approximately 2.2 km of new gravity sewer mains, comprising DN150, DN225 and DN300 uPVC pipelines 

• New infrastructure including DN1200 manholes, DN450 maintenance shafts, manhole covers, sewer vent stacks and junctions. 

• Final CCTV testing as part of the final commissioning works.
