Vaughan Infrastructure is delivering this Sydney Water project in partnership with Acciona which consists of two pipelines under Package 5B, from design validation and site establishment through to commissioning, environmental management, and final client handover. 

Our scope involves the construction, testing and commissioning of: 

• Over 2.4 km of potable and recycled water mains, including DN600, DN375, DN200 DICL and OD800/560/400/315/250 PE pipelines (trenched and HDD works) 

• Multiple trenchless crossings using HDD and bed-bore methods to minimise surface impact 

• Installation of a new PRV arrangements to strengthen network performance 

This critical piece of water infrastructure will support the rapidly growing Wilton community, part of Sydney’s expanding Western Parklands region. With the population projected to increase from 740,000 to 1.2 million by 2036, this project plays a vital role in ensuring the new Wilton township has reliable, high-quality water services. 

Construction started in November 2025 and is due for completion late 2026.
